The volunteers of PAR are the heartbeat and backbone of the organization.   They get the job done – arriving at the disaster at critical times. They come from all walks of life – from faith-based organizations, churches, businesses – and are individuals with a heart to serve in disaster relief. PAR is always recruiting new volunteers and recognizes that the success of their organization is a strong, trained volunteer base. PAR subsists on charitable donations and their work is done by volunteers who serve on a 100% volunteer basis.
