27 Feb Opportunity to Help Mercy Chefs Help Others

Mercy Chefs is a group that feeds people after disasters. They have fed our PAR teams many times on our deployments. 

At their warehouse in Tanner, they’ve begun a new project giving away boxes of groceries to help families restock their pantries after a disaster. Each box provides up to 50 meals. These boxes are also given to people dealing with food insecurity.

On March 5-7, Mercy Chefs will be packing 2,000 boxes in Tanner. And they need volunteers.

If you are available to help another organization that has helped us in the past, you can sign up to volunteer here. Choose your preferred day and 3-hour time slot. Their location is 20864 Huntsville Brownsferry Road, Tanner, AL.
